Etiquette :
The followings are a code etiqutte that students follow out of respect others and for their personal comfort;
1) inform the teacher about the your injuries or special health conditions.
2) Keep an eyes on your own practice and do not compare yourself to others. honor yourself and your body. work at your own level. Wear clothhing that allows your to move freely and comfortably. Breahe freely and normally through the nose.
3) Come with an empty stomach, Allow 2 - 3 hours digestion after a large meal
4) Women during menstruation , avoid poses that cause deep pressure both in abdomen and the pelvis region and also should not attempt inversion poses like headstand, shoulder stand or deep backward bending pose like the wheel pose
5) Make it part of your yoga practice to arrive early. to get yourself settle in and get center
6) Please turn off cellphone during the class. Set the phone in a slient mode if it is urgent and do not answer phone in the class.
7) Pick up and neatly put away any props you use.
8) If you must leave class early, do it before Savasan ( relaxation pose ). to allow a few minute to unwind the body and mind
9) Read class discription and take the class that is appropriate for your level of experience.

We would like to state that we, OMPlace Studio and the instructors who are in charge of Aerial yoga Classes, are not responsible for any injuries, accidents or any physical complaints caused during or/ after the class.
We shall also not liable for any cost, compensation and legal charge for the above mention scenarios.
You must be sure that yoy strictly follow the rule of the practice and be honest to the instructor if you hsve any of thr followings;
- Spine related problems like slip disv, degeneration and serious back pain
- Have the history of shoulders dislocation ,wrist injuries or on the stage of recovery from injury or /surgery
- Prone to Vertigo
- Pregnant /body weight exceeds 80kg
- you are not advised to join the class immediately after the high impact or /high aerobic exercises like running, jogging , Zumba ,Weight lifting and so on
