Balacing Salabhasana -the Locust

Practising this hatha classical pose - Salabhasana ( The locust ) with a stool adds a bit challenge in balance. The key is right the midsection , similarly the practice on the floor. but this version works less muscular energy demand to lift the body away from the gravity. i modify it from a simple Kong Fu work-out. The primary benefit of this pose helps strengthening the back and the spine. It also gives a good " hint" how the midsection is engaged in the forearm balancing pose - Pincha Mayurasana.
