It is a good stretching session , and will be beneficial in strengthening your postures / joints after all the Tasek ,Runs , gym & swim. I did not realize how unbalance my body was, it was put to a test today and pain is the result from all the stretching that took place during class today. Yoga instructors are the most patient people on this Earth and William is no different in giving out instructions , giving a guiding hand and encouragement :) After more than an after one hour of stretching and bending, i came out feeling much alive , full of breath , opened up the chest for more oxygen and no more pains or feeling sluggish. The Session made my body much relaxed , Feels great!Feels like a car being Re-tuned!Definitely will try organ after Hari Raya!

When i recall, coming to my first yoga lesson was just to accompany a friend who also just started her yoga practice. In my first lesson , i remember sweating in buckets , even more than i go hiking. To my surprise , after the session i didn't feel deadbeat , instead i felt relaxed and revitalized. That is the primary reason why i keep practicing yoga.What amazed me even more , still don't understand why , is after a yoga session at night , i do not feel hungry and would just eat veggies , or just soup or some apples or oranges for the night.

I find yoga is a perfect complement to all the sports i play - Basketball , Volleyball and Gym-ing. yoga stretching make me less vulnerable to the sport injury. i feel the body become lighter and joints loosened up ,i feel totally recharged the next day!

for an active gym person like me , it took me a while to accept yoga. Things began to change after couple of sessions. Yoga was something else more than i expected. Now i am quite happy with the result so far as i become more supple and enjoy practicing each movement with awareness , yes ,awareness ,this is something different from gym workout. in addition , some poses that seemed impossible for me to do before that now i can confidently do it. feeling a sense of accomplishment after a long 3 years of practice. yoga is a total condition, lately i discover that yoga works inside out - it is the best to tone the inner muscles.

It complements to the Martial Art i am practicing. for good health sake, i have to at least maintain some exercises like joining yoga. I like OM. I attended a workshop related to wellness & breathing technique and OM -vibrational sound is powerful.
