In house Mini Workshop / Revision

I gave a mini workshop to a group of beginners on the basic structure of vinyasa ( surya namaskar ) last Sunday ( 11th September 2011 ). The objective for this workshop was to help them to review what they have missed out in the open class and also refine some of the steps & simple tricks while taking each of connecting poses. In addition ,We zero in on how to establish the extension & expansion from the center ( Hara ) and find the line of energy for each single pose ).
